Attention Club Delegates to House of Delegates' meeting on Aug. 5: club delegate forms are available on the district website (see District Convention > 2023 House of Delegates ). They should be completed by the club secretary and submitted to the district office by Friday, July 28.
Photo waiver: For the right to enter the event, and for other consideration, the attendee hereby irrevocably permits, authorizes and licenses to Nebraska-Iowa Kiwanis District to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, alter, exploit, license, otherwise use and permit others to use attendee’s name, image, likeness and appearance, on a perpetual basis throughout the world and in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to, in and on print publications, electronic, magnetic and optical media, audio and audiovisual works, display, point-of-sale and other advertising and promotional materials, press releases, the internet, and in any other mediums for promotional purposes and any purpose, without further consent or royalty, payment or other compensation to attendee, and without any further consents or consideration.
Cancellation and Refund Policies: Registration cancellations should be emailed to [email protected] and received by 5 p.m., July 27, 2023. Cancellations will be refunded the amount paid, less a $10 processing fee. Refunds will be issued no sooner than one week after the event. Refunds may not be issued for cancellations made after July 27. This cancellation notice applies to convention meeting registration only and does not apply to any hotel reservations. Those must be canceled separately with the hotel.
