Kiwanians Friday & Saturday: $160 ($180 after July 10) Includes all sessions, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, educational breakouts, House of Delegates and other activities
Friday Only: $70 ($80 after July 10) Friday evening’s dinner and activities - open to both Kiwanians and non-Kiwanians
Non-Kiwanians Friday & Saturday: $130 ($140 after July 10) Includes all sessions, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, educational breakouts and other activities
Kiwanians Saturday Only: $120 ($140 after July 10) Saturday’s sessions, lunch, educational breakouts and other activities
Non-Kiwanian Friday Dinner & Saturday Morning Haymarket visit: $70 ($80 after July 10) Includes Friday Dinner/Activities and Saturday morning visit to Haymarket area

Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Registration cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] and must be received no later than 4 p.m. CT on July 25, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded the amount paid, minus a $15 processing fee. Refunds will be issued within two weeks after the convention.
- This cancellation notice applies to attendee registration only and does not apply to any hotel reservations. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made after July 28, 2025.
- Anyone who has purchased a registration and does not attend will NOT receive a refund.
